A San Francisco-based antitrust litigation law group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Litigation Paralegal to support their active and dynamic practice. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional with a strong litigation background who can operate independently and manage a broad range of responsibilities across all stages of litigation. The paralegal will work onsite three days per week, with remote flexibility the remaining days.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Provide comprehensive support to attorneys through all phases of litigation.
+ Manage case calendars, deadlines, appointments, meetings, and depositions.
+ Draft and prepare litigation documents, including cite-checking, proofreading, and assembling exhibits and appendices.
+ Ensure all legal documents conform to proper Bluebook or California Style Manual citation standards.
+ Conduct factual investigations and legal research using Westlaw or other research tools.
+ Assist with deposition, hearing, and trial preparation, including organizing exhibits and relevant materials.
+ Support discovery efforts, including managing litigation databases, document collection, review, and production.
+ File and serve legal documents both electronically (e-filing) and in hard copy as needed.
Requirements
Required Qualifications:
+ 5+ years of experience as a litigation paralegal supporting multiple attorneys and managing complex caseloads.
+ Paralegal Certificate or equivalent training/education.
+ Expertise with federal and state court rules and e-filing procedures.
+ Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat.
+ High level of accuracy in grammar, transcription, formatting, and document preparation.
+ Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
+ Exceptional attention to detail, strong written and verbal communication skills.
+ Proficiency with legal research platforms (e.g., Westlaw).
+ Experience using legal document management and database systems.
+ Comfortable working independently and collaboratively with remote and in-office teams.
+ Prior trial support experience is highly desirable.
